The UPS Store – Downtown Miami provides Standard Mass Mailing Services when correspondence conforms to the following guidelines:

• Each batch of mail must contain at least 500 individual pieces.
• Each piece of mail in a batch must be identical to the others in every aspect except for the address.
• All mailpieces must have an even thickness, may not contain pencils, coins, clips, or other rigid objects, and may not have clasps, strings, buttons, or similar closure devices.
• Letters must be inserted into standard size, plain (non-window), light-colored envelopes, whose height is between 3½” and 6”, whose length is between 5” and 11½”, and whose thickness is less than ¼”.
• Flats are mailpieces that exceed one of the maximum dimensions for letter-size mail. These may be up to 11¾” high, 14” long, and ¾” thick. They must weigh at least 1-oz.
• Pieces eligible for and claimed at the saturation rate must be addressed to either 90% or more of the active residential addresses in a given zip code or 75% or more of the total number of active possible delivery addresses in that same zip code, whichever is less.
• Basic rates will apply in all other cases. The address list (in Excel or .CSV format) and mailpieces must be provided at least 2 business days before the anticipated mailing date.
•  The number of mailpieces provided to us for addressing must exceed the number of addresses by at least 2% or 50 pieces, whichever is greater, in order to compensate for paper jams, tears, misprints, etc.
• The postage rates for mailpieces conforming to the guidelines above and weighing less than 3¼ oz are:
